Technical On-site Resident Engineer

The ideal candidate is passionate about problem solving, troubleshooting, and possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. In this position, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn a wide variety of technical topics and will interact with several team members from different disciplines and locations.

**Job Description**

**Core Responsibilities:**

+ On-site customer coordination of all regional technical topics.
+ Lead on-site Customer Technical Issues Tracking meetings.
+ Reproduce issues reported by the customer and support root cause analysis.
+ Assist in the collection of data and technical trouble shooting through initial analysis and data acquisition of anomalies or performance gaps.
