Technical Officer

Responsibilities:


- Prepare tender design sketches and detailed drawings for all E&M facilities, building renovation and fitting-out projects

- Update all existing record drawings and manage drawing files for the Building Services Department in servers and office system

- Maintain internal records of all maintenance contracts and administrative documents

- Supervise contractors in the execution of E&M maintenance works

- Complete routine and ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:



- Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

- Basic knowledge of E&M facilities and fitting-out works

- Possession of a valid certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (REW, Grade: A/R) is advantageous but not a must
