Job description

The key mission of the candidate is to increase the top line and market share of the SiC MOSFET BU by defining the appropriate product roadmap and leading the design-in activities with the key customers for both automotive and industrial domains.

Profile

The candidate should exibits:

1. A good technical background of the Power transistors devices , better if related to the wide bandgap SiC MOSFET technology;

2. The knowledge of the relevant key applications (automotive & Industrial) where the SiC MOSFETs devices are involved ( Traction Inverter, on board charger, Power supply, Solar Inverter, etc. ) ;

3. Very good communication skills and very good ability of team working;

4. Problem solving attitude and ability to work and manage complex situations.
