Technical Manager / Estimator
I am seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager / Estimator with a strong engineering background to join a growing Fabrication SME based in Chippenham. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every team member makes a tangible impact. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will combine your technical expertise with commercial awareness to manage customer enquiries, oversee workflow in the Production Office, and ensure projects are costed, planned, and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of customer quotation requests, from interpreting engineering drawings through to producing accurate costings and proposals.
Utilise SolidWorks to review, verify, and create technical drawings.
