Technical Manager - Subsea Projects

Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced Technical Manager to strengthen our engineering team in Oslo, Norway and take a leading role in delivering complex subsea projects .

In this position, you will hold overall technical authority for assigned projects, ensuring that all engineering deliverables are integrated into a cohesive and fully functional subsea system.

You will play a key role in managing technical interfaces across disciplines, with particular focus on system integration and control systems. As the primary technical point of contact for clients , you will lead technical alignment both internally and externally.

This is a high‑impact role suited for a senior engineer with strong leadership capabilities, broad subsea knowledge, and a solid understanding of control system integration.
