:The Technical Manager will lead and manage all technical aspects of the QIC – Maglis project, ensuring designs, engineering solutions, and site execution comply with project requirements, client standards, and applicable codes. The role will act as the primary technical interface between the client, consultants, contractors, and the internal project team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead overall technical governance for a high‑end, fast‑track mixed‑use development under supervision & PMC.
Act as the ultimate on‑site technical authority across all disciplines and packages.
Ensure strict compliance with design intent, IFC drawings, specifications, and prestige quality standards.
Manage integration of design and construction in a fast‑track delivery environment.
Coordinate complex interfaces between buildings, utilities, infrastructure, and public realm works.
