Jhpiego is seeking a Technical Manager (Blood Bank) to support the implementation of facility-level strengthening activities across Tando Allah Yar, Matiari, and Mirpurkhas districts of Sindh.  The Technical Manager (Blood Bank) will lead efforts to strengthen blood bank and transfusion services quality to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality blood transfusion services for obstetric and newborn emergencies.
