Technical manager jr - automotive coatings

As Technical Manager Jr, you will provide comprehensive technical support to manufacturing operations, process validation, and quality control. You will also develop products that meet customer specifications at the lowest cost through optimized formula design and adaptation of alternative raw materials. You will lead excellence in technical project execution and provide specialized service to major OEM customers. It resolves functional issues in customer production lines and supports successful new product launches. The role strictly follows PPG procedures and participates in internal programs such as LLS and SSPL. The strategic objective is to achieve growth and strengthen PPG's market presence through high-quality technical solutions and exceptional customer service.
