Technical Manager

Your missions:

• Complete technical management of a portfolio;
• Monitoring of multi-year budgets approved by the principals;
• Conducting condition reports: entry, preliminary and exit;
• Various re-invoicing to tenants following exit condition reports;
• Removal of APA;
• Complete renovation of apartments;
• Processing of work invoices and maintenance contracts;
• Conclusion and monitoring of proper contract execution;
• Establishment and monitoring of the concierges' specifications;
• Manage portfolio claims, work requests and building visits, as well as apartments;
• Ensure monitoring of buildings and apartments in the Signaterre portal, update the database and read certain meters;
• Supervise and carry out the various tasks of the work monitoring process; from budget preparationto tender requests and from awarding to invoicing.
