Technical Manager for Modem System Verification

Job Description1. Lead for Protocol verification project in System Verification as Project Manager or Technical Lead, to communicate with teams and co-work with modem R&D in multiple-sites in the world
2. Drive Inter-operability Test Projects, for Planning, Preparation and Test execution in Japan operators Lab and Field Test, as Project manager.
3. Manager local team members including outsource engineers, to direct and assign tasks daily basis and give technical education for smooth project progress.
3. Analysis and report modem protocol related issues deeply, to collaborate with team members in System Verification and modem R&D, as Technical Lead.
4. Offer technical consultation to solve internal/external customers’ Cellular related issues, to leverage Technical Lead’s knowledge and experience.
4. Track modem related issues and contribute the fast correction delivery.
5. Provide technical support, to lead prompt solution to internal/external customers
