Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager – Electrical to join our Property Services team, covering Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, and the New Forest area. Reporting to the Electrical Operations Manager, this role will lead a team of electrical specialists to deliver a customer‑centric, high‑quality, value‑for‑money property safety and compliance service across SNG's localities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high‑performance team of electricians, contractors, and sub‑contractors.
• Deliver electrical property safety and compliance programmes and projects, meeting agreed performance and financial targets.
• Set and maintain high levels of safe working practices across all areas of property maintenance in line with health and safety legislation and Construction (Design and Management) regulations.
