Title: Technical Manager ( Electrical )

Required Skills and Experience
15+ years of experience in electrical and automation design for Special Purpose Machines.
Proven experience leading and managing electrical and automation teams.
Strong background in electrical architecture, control systems, safety systems, and component selection.
Strong understanding of electrical standards and functional safety principles.
Expertise in Electrical CAD tools (SEE Electrical, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMIs, servo systems, and VFD.
Good Knowledge in Pneumatic systems and their component selections
Experience with Industry 4.0, smart automation, and machine connectivity is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
