Technical Manager (CRL MRT project, A1 Main Con)

Job Description Lead and manage technical teams to oversee project planning and execute projects efficiently
Review and approve all technical design submissions from consultants and subcontractors Coordinate closely with the construction team, in house BIM team and other relevant parties to manage the design approval process
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
Identify and mitigate technical risks in the design and construction phases
Resolve any technical issues and ensure design feasibility and site constructability
Support the tender team in preparing technical tender documentation
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for authority approvals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to the management and clients Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineering Board)
Possess minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design/technical engineering roles
