Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to support an FM provider delivering Hard FM services across healthcare estates in Cardiff.

This role will play a key part in strengthening technical service delivery, providing hands-on technical leadership to support compliance, improve maintenance performance, and enhance the overall effectiveness of estates and engineering operations within a live healthcare environment.

Working closely with the FM provider, NHS stakeholders, and operational teams, you will help ensure estates services remain compliant, well-structured, and aligned to healthcare operational requirements, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
