Technical Liaison

LabCorp is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team **Houston, TX.**

**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Assisting in overseeing the technical component of the laboratory to ensure that patient results are reported reliably, including reviewing AMR studies and instrument comparisons
+ Working with the Technical Director and Technical Supervisors to ensure accuracy for all testing in the lab, including instrument performance and identifying root causes when issues arise
+ Provide additional technical support to Technical Director and Technical Supervisors as needed (e.g. validations, verification)
+ Accurately responds to client inquires that are technical in nature and escalate, as needed
+ Effectively communicates with clients, physicians, nurses, and LabCorp staff and provides technical expertise, as needed
