Technical Learning Advisor - Miami, Opa Locka

**What are your contributions to the team?**

+ Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules
+ Deliver technical skills assessment and propose appropriate learning activities
+ Provide technical coaching using multiple processes
+ Execute specific skills development using simulators
+ Provide training on technical coaching
+ Deliver effective learning interventions, such as coaching, classroom training, etc
+ Participate in problem solving discussions on human performance issues
+ Assist Technical Learning Agents with key tasks as needed

**How to thrive in this role?**

+ Typically a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting related to aircraft assembly in a hands-on technical role
+ Typically a minimum of 0 -2 years of experience involved with learning activities (i.e., coaching and / or technical training)
