Job Description

Mission: Be the hands-on technical owner who turns a client's first use cases into working agentic solutions and leaves their engineers able to build on their own.

Required Skills:

  • Strong solution architecture background. Solution architecture is the discipline of taking a business problem and designing the complete technical answer: decomposing it into components, deciding how data flows between them, choosing integrations with existing enterprise systems, and weighing trade-offs (build vs. buy, performance, cost, security, maintainability) to produce a blueprint engineers can build from. This person can sit with a client, understand their landscape, and design a solution that actually fits it, rather than forcing a template.
  • Deep agentic solutioning: can decompose a problem into agents, workflows, knowledge, tools, and quality gates;
