Recann is working with a technology consultancy that has been awarded a multi-year digital transformation programme for a leading UK gym chain . The programme focuses on building a new, greenfield mobile platform to support member experience at national scale.

They are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to take ownership of the platform from an early stage and lead delivery alongside a small, senior engineering team.

The role

You will act as the Technical Lead, working closely with the client’s senior technology stakeholders and an offshore senior engineer. The initial team is deliberately small and senior, with further growth planned.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong technical judgement, pace, and ownership.
