**Role Overview**
Client-facing Technical Lead responsible for **solution design and implementation** of complex systems. This is **not a coding or PM role** —it focuses on translating customer needs into scalable solutions and guiding engineering teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation
+ Translate business needs into technical requirements
+ Support presales, demos, and customer workshops
+ Provide estimates and ensure delivery quality
+ Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams

**Requirements**

+ 8+ years in software engineering / solution design
+ Strong in **Java, .NET, APIs, databases**
+ Cloud experience ( **AWS preferred** )
+ Experience with **Jira/Confluence**
+ Excellent client-facing communication skills
