Technical Lead – GitHub & DevOps

Responsible for:
* Lead the organization’s GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Cloud platform strategy and technical direction
* Mentor engineers/admins and define best practices and governance
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GitHub platform and DevOps
* Implement identity, access, and security models
* Define and Enforce governance standards and policies (security, audit logging, and compliance)
* Design automation using GitHub Actions and APIs (REST/GraphQL)
* Design and enable integration models around GitHub enterprise and DevOps platform
* Drive DevSecOps practices and CI/CD enablement
* Support incident response workflows
* Manage service operations, incidents, and RCA
**Having the following skills and experience:**
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in GitHub Enterprise and DevOps Platform.
