**Location:** Farnborough, with flexibility to work from home dependent on business demands

**The Role:**

The Technical Lead has overall responsibility for all engineering activities and leadership of the team, on the workstream that they are assigned by the Chief Engineer.

Their responsibility and accountability extends from project start up through to operations and closedown and includes on contract growth.

**What will I be doing?**

+ Delivery and technical assurance of the solution within the quality, cost and schedule constraints;
+ Achieving acceptance of the solution by the customer
+ Providing technical leadership and mentorship across the workstream team;
+ Ensuring that the engineering processes within the project are commensurate with the requirements of the contracted standards and Leidos corporate governance;
