Technical Lead – Database Security Research

Introduction & Objective Lead database security research and policy implementation for Database Activity Monitoring across enterprise environments with strong multi-database exposure. Key Responsibilities • Research vulnerabilities, CVEs, patches across RDBMS, NoSQL and Big Data platforms • Analyze traffic patterns and commands to identify attack vectors • Design and deploy real-time security policies and detection controls • Develop automation tools using Go/Python • Ensure compliance with DISA, CIS, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, FISMA standards • Provide technical guidance and security documentation Required Skills • Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, DB2 • Linux OS expertise • Advanced SQL and RegEx skills • Information Security fundamentals • REST API understanding • Cloud basics (AWS, Azure, GCP) Preferred Skills • Compliance frameworks implementation • Database maintenance & performance tuning • Go/Python scripting • Shell scripting • CI/CD knowledge • NoSQL & Big Data...
