Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will:

• Architect and implement GenAI-powered applications using the latest AI models and frameworks.
• Drive innovation by building scalable, production-grade AI systems from the ground up.
• Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve in LLM advancements, prompt engineering, and guardrail development for responsible AI deployment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP.
• Proven expertise in Python, LLM development, and agent-based AI systems.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
• Deep understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and data pipeline development.
• Proficiency in generative modeling (GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
