Technical Lead - Application Support

Job Description
A healthcare payor client is hiring for a Production Developer Lead to support their LTSS Care Management system by taking hands-on ownership of production development, enhancements, and defect resolution while leading an offshore production support team. This role is not a functional-only or coordination role. The ideal candidate is a strong technical lead who actively codes, debugs, and delivers production fixes and enhancements, while also driving execution, accountability, and quality across a distributed (onshore/offshore) team. You will serve as both a technical SME and a people leader, partnering closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to keep systems stable, scalable, and continuously improving.
