Internal Consultant

An Internal Consultant is needed to support the External Fleet Sales Consultants with various customer service and administrative duties, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Applicants must have their matric.
2. No criminal record.
3. Ideally live in the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Enrolling new customers and units onto the system.
2. Assisting clients with any changes on the cloud or mobile app.
3. Collating information, generating reports, and distributing them as required.
4. Maintaining the client database, contracts, and account information.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar position within a technical service environment such as fleet management, IT, automotive breakdowns, vehicle tracking, etc. would be an advantage.
