Role Purpose

Develop and conduct training courses, exams, aircraft structured practical training and assessment of aircraft tasks to support the Company, Industry, Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and other regulatory requirements.

• Develop and update EASA, CAAM and other Company’s training courses to fulfill internal and external training needs
• Conduct theoretical, practical training courses and assessments to meet the Company’s operational requirements
• Generate, review and amend questions of knowledge examinations to ensure compliance with the training organization approval by CAAM, EASA and other regulatory bodies
• Invigilate and mark examination papers in accordance with regulatory requirements
