Impact

We are seeking a Technical Instructor to help deliver Lam’s Manufacturing Academy core curriculum to our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom instruction with hands-on training and coaching
• Apply ADDIE model for new and refreshed training course/program deliverables and job aids
• Iterate on our curriculum and support instructional designers and SMEs to build new curriculum content where needed
• Measure and document student progress
• Gather KPIs to inform on strengths and weakness with curricular materials
