Job Description

The Technical Head shall act as a representative of General Contractor (L&T) and shall be responsible for providing overall technical leadership and coordination for successful delivery of the project. 
The scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Project Delivery & Leadership
Ensure physical delivery of the project as per contractual commitments, maintaining highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Drive adoption of global best practices in high-rise construction technology and project execution.
Guide execution teams in civil, finishing, and MEP disciplines to achieve time-bound, safe, and quality completion.
Design & Technical Management
Review and interpret all technical documents including Employer’s Requirements, tender drawings, GFC drawings, and specifications.
Lead preparation, coordination, and submission of shop drawings, construction details, fabrication...
