Market 36 Recruitment are recruiting for a Technical Food Process Operator for our client based in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer operating unique spray crystallisation technology within a food production environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor specialist computer-controlled production equipment.
• Manufacture food products in line with production, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Prepare packaging, labels, and coding to specification.
• Store, mix, blend, and package products following GMP procedures.
• Carry out product inspection, packing, and metal detection checks.
• Palletise, wrap, and label finished goods.
• Complete production and food safety documentation accurately.
• Carry out cleaning schedules and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
