Technical Fleet VP

About the Role

This position will be responsible for managing the Ship Management Division (Fleet, Marine, Purchasing and Docking) to achieve company goals, as well as in planning, directing, monitoring and evaluating vessel and crew performance.

Responsibilities

ORGANIZATION

• Provide and establish plan to ensure Planned Maintenance for vessel are carried out properly and meet with industry standard and charterer requirement
• Monitor and evaluate technical problems, especially for the application of PMS in the area of ship engines, pumps (cargo, water, etc.), navigation systems (radar, GPS)
• Create and define strategies and policies so that the fleet can operate without experiencing problems (smooth operation) and each ship has good performance
