Technical Field Service Manager (Servicechef, Patientövervakning)

As a **Technical Implementation Manager,** you will be responsible for our installations, operational service deliveries for **Hospital Monitoring Systems** in Sweden. Another central part of the role is leading a team composed of Technical Implementation Specialists and Field Services Engineers, and ensuring high level of teamwork and engagement levels.
**As a part of this you are responsible for:**
+ Planning and leading the team, ensuring effective installations with high quality.
+ Recognize customer needs by managing escalations and ensuring that the delivered performance and services matches the customer needs
