My client in Cape Town requires a Technical FM to provide managerial and supervisory direction with regard to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Grade 12
• Appropriate Electrical Tertiary qualification:
  • NDip / Suitable trade test- discipline
  • Must be red seal qualified
  • Wireman’s Licence: Single Phase and Three Phase
• Min 5 year experience in facilities environment, built environment or equivalent knowledge or skill
• Call Centre, Data Centre, IT Environment (related to the technical aspect hereof) - Advantageous
• Experience and Exposure to : Fire Systems (Early Detection) , CCTV, Access Control and Biometrics systems.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
