Technical Facilities Manager (Non-containment)

Job Description We are looking for an experienced people leader with a solid M&E background who can manage engineering teams and contractors, oversee building systems and controls, and maintain high service standards in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of allocated site areas across non-containment and some containment environments Lead, manage and develop a technical team of approximately 12–20 engineers Ensure day-to-day Hard FM service delivery, including PPM and reactive works Manage BMS building services and controls systems, including fault finding and maintenance Ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained across all areas of responsibility Assign and manage work tickets and preventative maintenance work orders via the CAFM system Produce technical reports and asset evaluations for customer sites Maintain risk registers, take corrective action, and support wider risk management activities Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifi...
