Technical FM Position

My client in Cape Town requires a Technical FM to provide managerial and supervisory direction with regard to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities Grade 12 Appropriate Electrical Tertiary qualification: NDip / Suitable trade test - discipline Must be red seal qualified Wireman’s Licence: Single Phase and Three Phase Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities environment, built environment or equivalent knowledge or skill Experience in Call Centre, Data Centre, IT Environment (related to the technical aspect) - Advantageous Experience and Exposure to: Fire Systems (Early Detection), CCTV, Access Control and Biometrics systems.
