Technical Facilities Manager: Electrical Market related

Technical FM Position

My client in Cape Town requires a Technical FM to provide managerial and supervisory direction with regard to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Grade 12
• Appropriate Electrical Tertiary qualification:
  • NDip / Suitable trade test - discipline
  • Must be red seal qualified
  • Wireman’s Licence: Single Phase and Three Phase
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities environment, built environment or equivalent knowledge or skill
• Experience in Call Centre, Data Centre, IT Environment (related to the technical aspect) - Advantageous
• Experience and Exposure to: Fire Systems (Early Detection), CCTV, Access Control and Biometrics systems.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
