Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with pre-sales inquiries.
• Provide professional technical support to customers.
• Conduct product testing to enhance understanding of the products.
• Deliver training sessions for internal staff and customers.
• Handle after-sales support, including troubleshooting and warranty claims.
