Your future responsibilities

• Install, configure & maintain our products with excellence → Handle on-site installations, setups, and ongoing maintenance while strictly following technical specifications, safety norms, and regulatory standards.
• Train & empower customers like a pro → Deliver clear, hands-on training sessions for doctors, nurses, biomedical staff, and end-users → help them get the most out of our patient monitors, pulse oximeters, ECGs, ultrasound systems, and more
• Be the go-to hero for after-sales & technical support → Provide fast, effective troubleshooting, repairs, and problem resolution → turn issues into loyalty and high customer satisfaction.
• Team up with Sales & Business Development → Offer solid pre-sales technical demos and...
