The Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) is an important field-based contributor who possesses a unique combination of talents, skills and relationships. The TEM is engaged in technical activities in support of securing sales opportunities at key OSAT customers. In-depth product knowledge is interchangeable with Division Marketing and is able to represent Division Marketing with customers. Technical credibility and working-level knowledge allows the TEM to be viewed as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer.Minimum Qualifications
BS or above degrees in semiconductor related field.At least 8 years of work experience in a semiconductor industry is required. Minimum of process engineering experience in back-end is required.(OSAT background is highly plus)Additional background in Product Marketing is desirable.People managin...
