Responsibilities

• 10% Conducts training in basic, common and core competencies in center-based, community-based and online training programs
• 10% Prepares session plan, progress/achievement charts, Learner’s Achievement Monitoring Report (LAMR), and trainee evaluation
• 10% Develop Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM)/devices
• 10% Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction
• 10% Prepares and administers test to evaluate instruction
• 10% Provides guidance and support to trainees
• 10% Keeps records, prepares and submits required reports ...
