Technical Director, Product Manager

**Description**

This role will create value from our unique, rich, and rapidly growing data, side by side with engineering, data science, marketing, product, UX and design leads for our product areas. We expect you to drive actionable insights into customer behavior and operational efficiency, support decision making, and strategy create strong feedback loops through data visualization and analysis and enable others to self⁃serve data needs.

Your mandate in particular will be to develop and implement a product vision and roadmap to deliver a best in class logged in experience to our repeat users across channels. Deeply understand our users, their problems, where they find value, and consistently strive to improve the overall customer experience from start to finish.
