Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with application teams, project teams, business users, operations, and external vendors to support project delivery and application activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to project/application support.
- Perform application monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue investigation.
- Work closely with technical and business teams in fast-paced banking project environments.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as Technical Delivery Manager, IT Application Specialist, or Technical Support Engineer, preferably in Banking or Fintech industries.
- Hands-on experience in Internet Banking projects (web or mobile banking preferred).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience handling Linux/Solaris environments.
