Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to join Upstart AEC and support an AI-driven software company helping customers improve operational workflows through automation. This is a full-time, fully remote role with Upstart AEC. The ideal candidate is technical, customer-facing, highly organized, AI-native, and comfortable owning the post-sale customer journey from implementation and go-live through adoption, support, retention, and expansion. This role does not require someone to be a software engineer or coder, but it does require strong technical fluency, comfort working with customer systems, integrations, product issues, support workflows, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
