JOB DETAILS /DESCRIPTION

Responsible for programming, configuring, and maintaining Schneider Electric PLCs, drives, and servo systems in industrial automation projects.

Key Skills:

Key Responsibilities

• PLC programming using Eco Struxure Control Expert (Unity Pro) and Eco Struxure Machine Expert,

• Experience with Schneider PLCs: TM200, TM221, TM241, M340, M580,

• Servo motor and drive configuration, tuning, and commissioning (Lexium series)

• HMI development using Vijeo Designer / Operator Terminal Expert/ VJ Basic

• SCADA configuration using Citect SCADA / EcoStruxure/ Aveva Edge

• VFD setup (ATV series), troubleshooting, FAT/SAT, site commissioning

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA

• Ability to read electrical drawings & P&IDs
