International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is the world’s largest humanitarian network. The Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP) is a hosted programme of IFRC focused on reducing road crash deaths and serious injuries in low‑ and middle‑income countries.

This consultancy will enhance GRSP’s capacity to provide evidence‑based technical review input to road safety policies, strategies, legislation and related advocacy materials. It will also develop and deliver educational resources grounded in evidence and best practice principles.
