We're working with a growing technology solutions provider delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, communications, and infrastructure services to organisations across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer service, they're looking to appoint a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of existing customers.
This is a customer‑facing role focused on helping clients maximise the value of their technology investments. Working closely with Account Managers, Service Delivery, Engineering, and Pre‑Sales teams, you'll provide technical guidance, shape customer roadmaps, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and ensure customers receive the right technical advice at the right time.
