Technical Communicator - Reman Bradford

Toromont Reman is looking for a Technical Communicator to join our team in Bradford. The Technical Communicator will support Heavy Equipment Technicians and product support staff with expertise on our Caterpillar Product Line.

Compensation

$69,520 - $86,900

The base salary is one component of our reward package; performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Toromont Cat service operations (after-sales service, shop, rental, sales, parts, branches & customers)
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the service departments and Caterpillar
• Review product problems, propose solutions, conduct failure analysis, identify root causes, and produce reports
