• Manage and coordinate delivery of software changes and releases as per delivery plan

• Manage application configurations as part of delivery

• Apply best practice BA methodologies to support delivery of implementation projects and system changes

• Work closely with clients, technical team, and managerial staff to communicate updates and drive project outcomes. Appropriately escalate to senior management issues impacting delivery of application changes.

• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
