**REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Requires minimum 6 years of Health & Welfare experience
+ Strong problem solving skills, analytical and communication knowledge
+ Strong Health & Welfare Domain knowledge is mandatory
+ Strong knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferred
+ Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL
+ Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
+ Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures
+ Strong team player
+ Should be able to Coach & mentor team members
+ Good project management skills
