Technical Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides direct assistance to the Operations Manager in organizing improvement projects and critical plant information.
• Provide plant management with factual reports and information to serve as basis in the decision-making process and support overall improvement of Plant performance.
• Integrate the RAMCO systems and coordinate across different areas to ensure effective, efficient and continuous implementation and improvement of these systems.
• Ensure coordination with concerned department to ensure common understanding of Plant agreed activities and critical decisions.
• Review department processes and identify needed documentation to standardize.
• Attend RCA coordination meeting and monitor summary of reports

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
