:The Technical Assessor / Tutor will focus primarily on assessment, where you will support apprentices to develop occupational competence and achieve End Point Assessment (EPA) readiness.
Working closely with employers, trainers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring apprentices make strong progress, receive high-quality feedback, and successfully complete their programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess apprentices against apprenticeship standards (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours) and occupational qualifications
Conduct workplace observations, professional discussions and evidence reviews
